Comprehensive School Improvement
Process Model Components
Schools should review the components listed below to determine which services are needed for local school reform.
Instructional Leadership Training
Principal’s Institutes provide instructional leadership trainings and includes “Walk Through” training for superintendents, principals, and other administrators.
Strategic Planning
Development of a strategic school improvement plan to align the school’s mission, goals and help streamline existing grants and programs.
Teacher In-service
Trainings in team building, horizontal and vertical team talks, test disaggregation, classroom management, curriculum alignment and mapping, and content specific workshops.
Test Disaggregation
Teachers and administrators are trained to analyze overall school and classroom test scores, to identify areas of critical need, and to make instructional decisions affecting student achievement.
Test Preparation/End of Instruction
Proven resources and high impact test preparation activities and strategies for CRT, Norm Reference, and End of Instruction Tests.
CES Oklahoma Benchmark Assessment CD’s
Oklahoma Benchmark Assessments with CD’s will be provided for third through twelfth grades with one on-site training day.
Special Education
Instructional strategies for all learning styles and diverse learners with a primary focus on the new implications of NCLB.
