Provide instructional leadership trainings for administrators, development and training of teachers to serve on a school improvement/leadership team

Strategic Planning
Development of a strategic school improvement plan to align the school's mission, goals and help streamline existing grants and programs

Teacher In-service
Trainings in team building, collaboration, integration, horizontal and vertical team talks, test disaggregation, classroom management, curriculum alignment and mapping and content specific workshops

Test Disaggregation
Teachers and administrators are trained to analyze overall school and classroom test scores, to identify areas of critical need and to make instructional decisions affecting student achievement

Test Preparation/End of Instruction
Proven resources and high impact test preparation activities and strategies for CRT and End of Instruction Tests

Special Education
Instructional strategies for all learning styles and diverse learners with a primary focus on the implications of NCLB
